If you bought products from our local distributors, you may contact them for support. If you bought products from KMAX directly, the warranty period for software is 90 days since the license keys are delivered, whilst the warranty period for hardware is on the warranty card.

The effort needed to implement VR training room with KMAX solution is related to the requirements of the project. The more complex the requirements are, the longer time is needed to set up the VR classroom. Typically, the implementation period varies from weeks to months, where several steps need to be taken including requirements collection, solution customization, solution implemented and testing.
Currently, our software only supports on-prem mode.
