Recently, Jiangxi KMAX Industrial Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “KMAX”) successfully obtained the CMMI for Development Ver. 2.0 Maturity Level 5 (hereinafter referred to as “CMMI5 Certificate”), indicating that KMAX has been in line with international standards in terms of software process organizing ability, software technology R&D ability, project management ability, and solution delivery ability. After reaching the international advanced level, it also means KMAX can provide users with more mature industrial solutions, higher quality services, and continuous innovation and upgrading services.

CMMI5 is known as the passport of software “internationalization” and the “ceiling” of software enterprise certification.

CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) is the industrial standard that measures the capability maturity and project management level of software enterprises, which is also the most authoritative software capability evaluation system with the highest specification, the greatest difficulty and the most authoritative recognized in the world. The certification system has five levels, of which CMMI5 is the highest one. It is the highest requirement for management maturity in the international software industry at present, which is the most difficult and highest-level evaluation. According to the statistics of CMMI website, as of July 15, 2022, only 16% of the 10,816 enterprises in the world that have passed CMMI certification and are within the validity period have reached CMMI5 certification.
